Magnus doesn't like vampires much, since they keep his parties split in twos from their feud with the werewolves. He doesn't like girls at all, but I can see them being shopping buddies, maybe? Since Isabelle freaks him out, and Alec wont' shop with him until hell freezes over. Yes?
