Katherine is a short 5'5 and has long straight dark brown hair. She usually adds Neon blue streaks to her hair to make it more vibrant or dyes the lower half of her hair Neon Blue or just dyes her bangs neon blue, either way she has neon blue in her hair. She also has Neon green eyes which are natural to her due to her Biological father being a Warlock. She has a pair of black wings which have been sealed away by her father and in their place a Black angel wing tattoo has appeared on her back which has grown with her since she was little. She usually wear black and neon colors unless she's grieving then she dresses in more normal clothes like jeans and a pink t-shirt even though she loathes pink. Her usual attire involves a dress from Hot Topic. Her favorite is her Burgundy and Black plaid dress by Tripp which she purchased from Hot Topic. She also wears fishnet stockings and Black Combat boots with Neon colored laces strung through them, mostly blue considering it is her favorite color.
personality; Outgoing with a "If you can dish it out you can handle it" kind of attitude. Never holds back and always speaks her mind and she can get in trouble for that a lot. She constantly swears to try and stay out of trouble somehow trouble finds her. She is prone to dating anything that is considered stupid for a Shadow hunter and her current favorite as of right now is Werewolves or Warlocks.
She can't stand being around large bodies of water and often sporadically lights things on fire for her own amusement. She gets in trouble the most for mouthing of to authority because she grew up disobeying her parents. She's only really happy when she's lighting something on fire or dancing. She never shows it when she's depressed but if she is you can usually find her at a graveyard crying at someones grave
history; Katherine grew up in a small house right outside of New York. Both her mother and father were shadow hunters and had raised her to be one since she was five. She grew up with a fascination of fire always running around the house with candles in her hands her mother and father chasing after her. She was also very skilled with a sword. She trained with a sword everyday and she was all so home schooled.
She was home schooled because it seemed easier to her parents that way so they could raise her as a shadow hunter not as a mundane. She practiced and improved every day and still had a distaste for water. Her parents allowed her to come on a mission with them in some other city, but she declined and went to one of Magnus Banes's parties instead, where they were to slay a vampire that was killing people unlawfully, but it was a trap. A whole gang of vampire attacked her parents and brother but they managed to defeat them all, but not without a price. Katherine had lost her brother and both of her parents due to wounds and blood loss.
She has never been the same since. She was brought to the Institute in New York to be raised but she was always getting in trouble for randomly setting things on fire. She often snuck out at night to go hang out with some of her warlock friends and often got in trouble for it. She never quit her studies and constantly trained with her sword and improved. She now tries to live as normally as a shadow hunter can and she swears upon her grave that she will take on any vampire who dare mock her or her parents and slaughter them.

rp sample; Tears burned in her neon green eyes as she practically ran into the cemetery. The rain was puring down on her hard but she paid it no attention. Her brown and blue hair dripped and stayed flat against her head. She continued to walk until she saw her parents gravestones. Of course they weren't her rel parents grave stones just ones placed there to explain why they were never around anymore. "Why?" She practically yelled up into the sky. "Why me? Why does their memory haunt me?" She cried and as she finished yelling lightning and thunder struck. She jumped before sitting down on the graves.[/size]
The rain was slowly coming to a stop revealing the beautiful night sky filled with stars and souls from the mundane world and the angelic one. She sat there for a long time dripping wet, and not speaking. Katherine had, had a nightmare just before sh ran here. She saw her parents being murdered by the vampires as they cried for help but she was frozen in place.
She woke up sweating and breathing hard. She shook away the memory as she looked up at the sky. "Does love and life really go on?| She asked remembering her parents love. She didn't shiver but she pulled out a match and lit it. She cupped the flame in her hand and lifted it off the match and held it in her hand. She hoped no one had seen her as she warmed herself up. She was unaware of anyone there until she heard footsteps...
