Katherine was walking around Turtle pond in the middle of the day carrying a bag from burger king which contained two whoppers, two fries and she carried two drinks in a tray. She wasn't going to eat all the food today but she wanted have some for tomorrow or later just in case Isabelle tried to cook again. She knew that Turtle Pond was also the entrance to the Seelie court but for once she really didn't care. To her Faeries where stuck up and hell bent on making human lives difficult. she didn't shiver even though it was an unusually cool day out today. She was wearing neon Blue and black stripped leggings with a Neon green and black jean skirt, with a Neon pink and black stripped tank top and a leather jacket. Her hair still had neon blue streaks in it and her neon green eyes burned with hunger.

She put down the drinks and took out a burger before unwrapping it carefully and taking a Small bite. She smiled as she ate her burger before she put it down on the paper wrapping on the bench. She had only taken about two bites before she began to sip on her ice tea, and was completely oblivious to the world around her.

"Well that's juse rude. Here I am trying to cook a good dinner for everyone, and you go get mundie Burger King." Isabelle Lightwood, the one Kat was trying to avoid, stood behind the bench. No one had heard her approach and yet those that passed would stop and stare at the tall slim young woman, pitch black hair held in a thick braid falling down her back, a black gaze that never wavered, and full lips that would smile at a moments notice, or turn down in a frown.

Long elegant steps took her to the spot opened next to Kate as she saw the extra burger in the bag. "Well, might as well." Without even asking, she took the whopped out, unwrapped it, and took a rather large, un lady like bite. No ketchup fell from the burger and on her mini jean skirt, black halter, or thigh high heeled boots. Always dressed to impress this day was no different for Isabelle. "Who are you trying to avoid?" she asked with a mouth full of food. If she offended anyone with these rude actions, more times than not she didn't care. But since Kat was one of those rare female friends she actually liked, she tried to behave around her.

Katherine jumped slightly when she ehard Isabelle speak. "Sorry Izzy It's just that I thought I'de give you the day off." She said Nervously. Isabelle made her nervous and it wasn't only because she was way prettier than Katherine but she was always Scared Isabelle would find out about her Vampire Killing sprees and tell her mom or somebody, and Katherine didn't need that. She laughed when Isabelle took the other Whopper and took a huge bite out of it. It was funny but Katherine didn't know if Izzy apreciated the humor.

"I was avoiding the Institute in fear of being busted for lighting the garbage on fire yesterday." Katie said in a matter of fact tone. She knew Alec would ahve gotten her right away if he had found out but there were other people in the institute she knew who wouldn't appreciate hre actions even if they did ignore her most of the time. The clave had put her on 'High Alert' For her Pyromaniacy but she didn't care. It never sopped hr before so why stop her now?

At the mentioning of the fire incident, brought a large smile to Izzy's face. Another bite along with a chuckle she leaned back crossing her long legs in front of her. "Alec wasn't to happy about that I'll admit, but it proved to be entertaining." She glanced over at Kat, digging her hand in the bag to pull out a fry. "So here you are, not eating my food and hiding from everyone else as well as giving me the day off. How sweet." Her voice clearly said otherwise, but she wouldn't press the issue.

She knew of her horrid cooking, but still tried to put food in their belly's. Something that just wasn't appreciated. And yet, still she tried. Hmm.. Finishing off the burger in one large bite, she gave Kat a look. "Who knows about the fire incident but you and me?"

"It was entertaining for sure but It's gonna get me in some major trouble when I eventually go back. Can't hide out here forever, can't even hide in Pandemonium forever." She said with a slight pout. She knew of only one way to hide forever and she was never going to go down that road. She would never become a child of the Night when she fought so hard to make sure they didn't survive. When she heard the tone in Izzy's voice change Katherine couldn't help but feel bad about skipping on Isabelle's cooking. The only time Katherine liked something Izzy cooked was when it was Spicy, usually it wasn't.

Watching Isabelle finishing her burger before she finished her own she had to think about who knew about the fire incident. She wasn't sure but she did have a guess. "Magnus, I think, and your parents. Probably the entire Clave soon. I'm already on their Notice board so I should be careful but I'm not on their radar for fires." She said with a shrug. 'I'm on their for murder' she thought to herself. But how was it murder if what she was killing was not even technically alive? It made no sense to Katherine

Isabelle smirked as she licked her fingers free of the flavor of BK. She had to admit, their food was pretty damn good. Maybe she should get lessons. "Look Kat, all you need to do is lie low. I know it can be a bit hard with your little freaky thing you do."

[/i] She wiggled her fingers to empahasize said freaky thing. "But honestly I don't get this whole lets set fire to things to everything! Weird. But don't worry, we all have our quirks I guess."[/i] A frown seemed to form on her face as she gave the Nephilim a look, a brow quirked.

"As for Alec and the rest of my family. Leave them to me dear. I can handle them. They'll leave you alone. If you want to brave going back I'll go as well."[/i] She was being nice. A huge shocker seeing as it was her, but she couldn't help it. The girl had a lost look about her, one who had a past she was trying to forget. Isabelle wasn't that heartless as to add to the burden of that. [/center][/size]
