Zoey Aldertree bounced into the club singing a song as she always did. Today's song, "All the single ladies", it was a song that according to Zoey, you couldn't help but dance to. Perhaps this was way Zoey started bouncing her head from side to side as she made her way through the already crowded building. It was a miracle that she didn't crash into anyone yet.
She quickly scanned the room for anyone that looked familiar, but of course there was no one. What could she expect after moving so far away from home? But this didn't really matter to Zoey, she was sure that she'd meet new people soon. Deciding to not give it a second thought, she picked a spot at the bar where people were already sitting.
"I'll have a dr. Pepper please."Zoey ordered from the person behind the counter.
She started tapping her foot against the stool that she was sitting on and started singing again, "If you liked it then you should've put a ring on it...Oh Thanks!"she interupted her nearly quiet solo to smile at the bartender and quickly took a sip of her drink.
A few minutes later, a song came on that Zoey loved and she decided to go dance, leaving her drink where it was. Of course Zoey didn't wait to get onto the dance floor to start dancing, she started dancing as soon as her body left the stool. She started swaying to the music as she walked, almost radiating with her inner energy. Not really paying attention to the people around her until suddenly, she ran right into someone!
She took a step back, pushing her currently purple hair behind her ear and her usual goofy grin spread across her face as she peered into the face of her newest "victim".
"Oops! Are you okay?" She asked. Without waiting for a response, she continued, "I'm Zoey by the way, nice to meet you." She offered her hand.
